Why drawings do not convince

Perhaps five per cent of people can genuinely read a floor plan. Everyone else nods in the meeting and decides against it later, because they could not picture how it would be. A visualisation closes exactly that gap, and it closes it at the moment the decision is actually made.

For marketing there is timing on top. Flats sold off plan need pictures before the building exists. The same holds for the bank, for the planning authority and for the neighbours who want to know what is going up.
