A boat does not sell on its specification, it sells on the first image in the tile. Somebody scrolling past fifty listings stops where the light, the angle and the mood are right. Everything else gets scrolled past regardless of how good the boat actually is.
So I do not start with the camera, I start with the hour. I shoot almost exclusively around sunrise and sunset, because that is when gelcoat takes on a warm sheen instead of showing every scratch. That costs an early alarm and nothing else.
