Site documentation is only worth as much as it is comparable. Two images from different angles show two different sites. So on the first visit I record position, altitude and camera angle, and on every later visit I fly exactly the same thing again. Only then can you actually see what happened over four weeks.
The practical value usually shows up later. When a claim turns on whether a service run was in place before or after a given date, a dated aerial is an argument rather than a recollection. The same series then produces the time lapse for marketing without anybody having to fly again.
