When a drone actually earns its place

From the air you can see what cannot be explained from the ground: how large a site really is, how the buildings sit relative to each other, how a boat moves through water. For anything bigger than a single frame, the drone is not an effect. It is the only honest angle.

What most people underestimate is that the legal side is the bigger part of the work. Depending on the location you need an operating permit, a clearance from air traffic control or an agreement with the port. I settle that beforehand so that on the day we fly rather than make phone calls.
