Drone photography for property.
Plot, position, boundaries and roof from the air. The one image that explains why this property sits where it sits.

With property, location decides, and location is exactly what cannot be photographed from the ground. An aerial answers in one second the questions that otherwise need three paragraphs of text: how big the plot actually is, how the house sits relative to the sun, what is behind the hedge, how far it is to the water.
For commercial property there is a second point: access and turning space. Somebody looking at a warehouse wants to know whether an articulated lorry can get onto the yard. From the ground that is a claim; from the air it is visible. That is the difference between a viewing that happens and one that gets cancelled.
