An exhibition hall is the hardest place there is to photograph. The light arrives from three directions in three different colours, the background is full of other companies logos, and nobody has time to pose. Somebody who has not worked one before comes back with pictures where the stand glows green and a competitor stands behind it.
The second point is speed. A trade fair picture is worth almost nothing three days after the fair. So I review in the hotel in the evening and deliver a first selection overnight, so your team can post the next morning while the fair is still running.
What I do at the fair
Stand design and planning
From the floor plan to the graphics. I plan the stand so it works with the hall rather than against it.
