Along the Weser stand yards from which a considerable share of the world's largest yachts comes. The vessels usually leave the country before anyone sees them under way, which is exactly why material from the build phase is worth so much: hull in the shed, fitting out at the quay, delivery downriver.
In practice this is not a harbour job but an industrial one. Works rules apply, along with a safety briefing and often confidentiality, and part of what you see may not be shown. That gets settled with the yard beforehand, not on the day. The Weser itself runs a strong tidal stream, which sets the windows for anything on the water.
