Send an enquiry →The island that does not look Caribbean
Dominica has almost no sand beaches and instead mountains that stay green down to the waterline. A boat against that coast does not look like a Caribbean brochure, it looks like something of its own, which is exactly why the stop is worth it for charter companies whose pictures otherwise look interchangeable.
Boats lie on mooring fields in Prince Rupert Bay, since anchoring there is limited. Sperm whales are resident off the west coast all year, and with luck that produces a frame you cannot make anywhere else in the Caribbean. It is not something to plan: either you are out at the right time or you are not.
