Almost every charter film made in Ibiza ends up at Formentera, because the sandbank water there photographs unlike anywhere else in the Mediterranean. The crossing takes half an hour, which makes it reachable inside a normal shoot day and worth the fuel.
In July and August the anchorages are so full that a clean frame is only possible before ten in the morning. So the day starts early, the lifestyle material happens at anchor before the crowd, and the drone flies outside the protected areas around the island.
