Miami gives two backgrounds nobody else has: the downtown skyline and the sandbar water off Key Biscayne. Both are why brands film here rather than in the Bahamas. The city puts a boat into a context that reads as money, which is exactly what a brokerage listing needs.
The airspace is the hard part. Between Miami International, Opa Locka and the seaplane base, most of Biscayne Bay needs authorisation, and flying without it is not worth the risk. Cleared flights, early light and the bay before the weekend traffic are what make a day work here.
