From November to April the biggest yachts in the United States lie between Rybovich and the Palm Beach docks, and the show in March brings the buyers to them. That season is the mirror of the Mediterranean: everything happens when Europe is shut.
The Intracoastal gives calm water for the running shots and the inlet gives the ocean when the film needs it. Airspace near Palm Beach International is controlled, so flights need authorisation, which is routine when it is arranged and impossible when it is not.
