Croatia is charter country. Between May and October the boats are booked solid, and the only window when one is clean, empty and yours is Saturday, between one set of guests leaving and the next arriving. That is a few hours, and there may be five boats in the same base with the same window.
So a shoot here is planned like a timetable, not like a film set. Interiors first while the boat is fresh, running shots grouped so the chase boat goes out once, drone work where it is cleared. The result is a film per boat that looks like one fleet rather than five different operators.
