The Dalmatian coast is close to ideal for aerial work: over a thousand islands, water clear enough that you see the seabed from a hundred metres up, and a coastline that changes shape every few kilometres. For charter operators that matters directly, because a fleet can be shot against genuinely different backdrops within a single day of motoring.
The restrictions cluster where you would expect. Dubrovnik old town, the national parks including Kornati and Krka, and the airspace around Split airport all need handling separately, and the national parks in particular do not grant permission at short notice. That is a planning question, and it is mine to solve.
