Denmark is one of the more workable countries in Europe for drone work. The rules follow the EU framework, the country is flat enough that you rarely fight terrain, and outside the Copenhagen control zone a lot of the coast is open airspace. What still needs care is the density of wind farms and the protected coastal strips.
The light is the real reason to shoot here in summer. In June the useful window runs from about four in the morning until close to eleven at night, which means low sun angles for hours rather than minutes. Flying at that angle across water and low buildings gives you long shadows and texture that a midday flight simply cannot produce.
