Flat country changes what a drone is for. Without terrain there is no dramatic reveal, and instead the value shifts to pattern and layout: how a logistics site is organised, how a polder is divided, how a yard sits against the water. Those are engineering pictures more than landscape pictures, and they sell a business far better than a sunset does.
The airspace is the challenge. Schiphol, Rotterdam and the military zones together cover a large share of the country, and much of the coast has additional limits. Almost everything is still flyable with the right clearance, but almost nothing is flyable on the day without one. I check and request before a date is fixed.
