Palma is not only a marina, it is the largest refit centre for large yachts in the Mediterranean. That gives the city a second season nobody else has: between November and March boats sit in STP with no guests, no charter and a crew that has time. Those are the best conditions you will ever get aboard.
In summer the same boat is in Portals for two days between charters, and then it is exteriors, running shots and drone. Planning both around the refit calendar rather than around a broker deadline is what separates a usable set of material from a rushed one.
